Welcome to the Their Story podcast, a place to share the good and the bad of mental health and well-being through storytelling. This is an EJG Creative podcast produced for the WELL in the Wheatbelt community project. This project focuses on helping the people of Wheatbelt Western Australia turn mental health into a priority instead of an afterthought. 

Some people will choose to remain anonymous in telling their story, these people will relay their story to me, Elyssa Giedraitis, your host for me to share with you. These people will also have their names changed to protect their identity. 

Others will share their story through an interview format, and others through a narrative format. However, people choose to share we are grateful that they have opened up a personal part of themselves in the name of spreading awareness about mental health in the Wheatbelt.
